A 4-Week Holiday Grief-Support & Coping Skills Group
You don't have to navigate the holidays alone.
The holiday season can be one of the most difficult times after the loss of someone you love. Traditions change, memories resurface, and the expectations of the season can feel overwhelming. Whether your loss is recent or happened years ago, grief often feels different—and sometimes heavier—during the holidays.
Surviving the Holidays with Grief is a four-week group designed to provide practical coping strategies, compassionate support, and space to process your experience alongside others who understand. Together, we'll explore ways to care for yourself, honor your grief, navigate difficult moments, and move through the season with greater confidence and self-compassion.
You don't have to "be okay" to come. You simply have to come as you are.
